Trash-talk - literally
A new "job" for Brooksville events starting in March and from now on is gonna be haulin' the trash. We can no longer use the dumpster at the airport, so our 4-5 bags of cans, bottles and boxes will need to be taken somewhere and dumped.
Ideas? Volunteers?

Not following your line of thinking here...Do we have the address of the Brooksville site's owner?
recycling is great. Easy enough to do so with pizza boxes. But policing the cans and bottles, and making sure they are empty, even with announcing the request at a driver's meeting, seems like a challenge to me...
and there's still the "garbage" to contend with. Which if Carl is around we can give to him. Without cans and boxes it shouldn't be too much...
but what if Christina and Carl aren't there?

The owner being Hernando County... that should be pretty easy, I suppose.Alizarin wrote:He's saying to go dump it at the owner's place of residence.Native wrote:Not following your line of thinking here...
Let's not do that. In fact, it's not even wise to discuss it, even in jest. We all need to remember that most web forums (this one included) are public. Anyone can read them. Reading the wrong thing the wrong way could really strain our relationship wiht a site owner.

ok, I was slow on the pickup of Kickslop's sarcasm. Yellow_Colorz_PDT_37
otherwise, what Loren said.
Either way, we can't leave it there, and someone's gonna have to take it somewhere...
we could get smaller garbage bags and give it out as awards?!

I volunteer to take any garbage my car can carry. I'm also interested in recycling, but if separating it is a problem, I'll just do it myself when I get home -- if the content isn't TOO disgusting.
You guys use those thick, black garbage bags, right?
I expect to be at most events as long as I register in time.

Yup, but I think there are still a few of the el' cheapo' thinner black bags floating around in the trailer...... when everything is moved over to the new one someone please take them out! Consider them a gift from FASTRosko wrote: You guys use those thick, black garbage bags, right?

I think it is the corners of the pizza boxes that are the culprit. Keep them out of the bags (or dedicate bags just for them) and we might avoid messy punctures.Charles wrote:Wow, I didn't think anyone could make those leak.......... good job![]()
I've had nearly 100lbs of mulch in a single bag and THAT didn't tear it.
The Jag complains about autoX by throwing Gearbox Faults.
I think it is just lazy.
