Clearly, I'm going to have to start telling you some different things. Turn later, Ben. And brake way earlier. And don't look ahead, just look at each cone as you pass it... you know, just to be sure. That should help. Me.

See, Ron will do a course walk. You just have to mow down timing equipment to get him out of the trailer. :snicker:

And for my last trick I added 2 seconds to all of my runs! I was really running in the 28s all day! :-D

Still I had a blast driving my car and Joshs. The course got me good ( I was prioritizing my exit speed to much ) and I can't wait to come back!

My pictures from the event, feel free to use them as you like.

Interesting event to be sure, in a rally-drift-autocross sort of way. Never a dull moment with FAST: flying timing lights, colorful denizens wandering into the course, four 911 calls, one cop car... and 1/2 my left kidney left on course after 8 swan dives into the infamous "dip" at the first right handed turn. Poor Chispa smashed herself each and every time :*(

Thank you J & P for all the great pictures: lots of information in those.

This will definitely be one of the more memorable events, with the things that have already been pointed out... Great fun, of course!
Here's actual in-car video of me at the dip:

Yesterday really was a blast, I'm still thinking about it today. Much thanks to both Randy and Ben for the co-pilot tips; Philip - got a new avatar out of the day thanks to you.

Already looking forward to the next event and the surface tech day where we hot patch the dip.
