What would the clowns do if they just showed up and had to stay on course?

I like clowns. Normal people sorta suck.
Yeah, we've got the FAST Faithful quite spoiled. But, I'm okay with that.

You wanna really make your head spin... dive into my world. I'm having to juggle THREE autocross events in my head at any one time. This weekend's event, the next event on the 14th, and then the one after on the 28th that nobody's even thinking about yet. (I've already got a course draft going!)

Or stage the cars just like you have them, and move the lights to the other side of the turn, so none of the time in the turn is on the clock.

Actually, I split the difference. Only half of that turn is on the clock.

I really want to run this event but so far I am 1 for 3 at actually making it to the event after paying. Lost my money on 2 events that I signed up for and could not make it to. Because of my child I don't often know if I can go to the event until the morning of the event. It really sucks. I'm currently debating signing up and risking it or deleting my bookmark to this site and forgetting all about its existence.

Just felt like bitching out loud. :bangwall:

If you read this you might bitch a little less:
http://drivefast.org/event-info/refundc ... cy/#cancel

If you registered and you no-showed, you get a $20 credit. If you have two $20 credits and want to combine them and use them as a full credit, that's fine. In other words, you can register for this event using two prior partial event credits and it won't cost you a thing. If you can't make it again... you'll still have a $20 credit. Neat, huh?

Does this apply to classic events? If so I should have a partial credit.

I did read that and I looked everywhere for the
Entrants may cancel their own entry by logging into MyAutoEvents.com and clicking the Delete/Cancel button at the bottom of the Edit page for their entry.
If an entry is canceled prior to the pre-registration deadline, the entrant will be listed with an event credit for the amount of the entry fee (not including transaction fees)
If an entry is canceled AFTER the pre-registration deadline, the entrant will be listed with a partial event credit of $20, and the remainder of the entry fee is forfeited.
but the button was nowhere to be found so I assumed that I was S.O.L. because it was the actual day of the event.

Yeah, you can't properly cancel after registration is closed. A "late cancel" would be a no-show, preferably preceded by some kind of "hey, I can't make it" notice.

Sent from my phone. Expect more errors than usual!

I'll be running the AM event but the car will have street tires on it, it would seem that it would fall into Mod Open..yes?
Looking forward to seeing you guys again.

If I'm the only one in that class I'll just run race tire.

What? S1 and S4 are the largest run groups at TBD?

I'm perplexed (?) that there are any spots left for this premium AC, shaded, decent grip, nice course Loren at his best TBD, co-starring "That Guy" @ another "They're Off" event. I signed up for this one the day registration opened so I wouldn't get locked out!! It's "Flag Day" so don't forget to wave.

Where's the rest of S3? You know you want to have your revenge on Shamu. Good job Alex bringing your wife (I assume) as co-driver.

Paul must not have given the Mustang Minions the secret signal to register yet. ;)
