The following people still have event credits coming to them:

Brian Armstrong
Glen LaFlamme
Jhofer Gonzales
Anita Healey
Elizabeth Coronel
Rick Siegel
Shane Hambleton
Dick DeBoer
Brian Stuteville

Know any of them? Bring 'em to an autocross...they've earned it!

So, just for sake of general discussion, are event credits with FAST good forever? For 3 months? 6 months?

My take on it would be 6 months. We can't keep records of some people forever.

If we do put an expiration date on it, we need to make a good faith attempt to return the monies...we do have contact information for all these folks.

When I get time, I'll put together an e-mail to all of them reminding them they have event credit. This was just a quick and easy way of getting the word out.

If we decide to put an expiration on event credits, in my mind it would not be retroactive, and would not require refunds to those currently holding credit.

We could update the website/policy to indicate that as of whatever date, event credits are good for 6 months (or whatever we decide) and after the period are forfeited if not used. No refunds.

From an accounting standpoint anything longer than 3 months seems excessive, that's over half a season! Special circumstances could warrant a longer credit.

Granted I have no sway as the subsitute trailer tower... but since their is no precedent in this area, I say give them till the end of the season to use thier credits and then from Janurary '08 on you get 3 months or your SOL.
