Um... I don't see an event chairman listed in the schedule thread.

I'll consider it if Ed wants to take on October without me. Maybe get someone new to co-chair with me? (and someone new to co-chair w/ Ed?)

Ed gonna co-chair a Battle-X in October with a noob? Is Ed up for that? Or are you talking about a regular autox for day 2?

Ed's got the plan for Battle-X and he's competed in a couple of them. He knows the drill. Will definitely need a second hand, though.

Where's all our eager newb volunteer event co-chairmen? Need two of them about right now...

That's because no one's volunteered yet...now that we're on the clock, incentive for someone to volunteer.

Loren, I'll jump on the training opportunity and Co-Chair for the Sept. event.

Awesome, Dave. I'll email you soon.

Need one more person to step up and help Ed do October.

What suspension setup did you end up going with, Mr. Frank?

The same one as last year. I've got some gen 1 FM springs, FatCat tophats. Not sure if I'm gonna use 'em, or sell 'em and just do coilovers of some sort. No time to mess with it these days, anyways.
I got a new set of XS's though...

(I'm in E2 'cause of racing seats...)

Looks like I'll be sitting this one out. I'll be there to help setup and to shoot photos, just won't be driving. The kumhos are all used up and I can't afford to put any further wear on my street tires. If you know anyone needing any advertising/graphics work, I'm now accepting side jobs... :?

I will be unavailable for this event and unable to tow as well. I hope this won't be a problem.

I won't be driving, so I'll volunteer to tow that pig.

I didn't think to put in a job request when I regitered, so you can put me on course setup with Steve.

Well, we're up to 25 entries, but still looking light on the additional duty roster. Also, still looking for someone to tow the trailer.

Eric is towing the trailer. Jamie probably missed it because he's not registered as a driver.

With everything out of the trailer, do we have a good count on supplies needed?

One bag of marble dust, plus what's left in the spreader.
Nothing else. All gone.
It'll be hot.
I'd suggest 10 cases of water, and a dozen 12 packs of various sodas.
Anyone feel free to suggest otherwise.
