I am organizing a test and tune for April 14 at Brookesville. I would like to limit it to ten drivers and the charge will be $40. If there are fewer people the charge will be more. I will set up a course with usual nationals type elements. We may be able to do some segment timing asl well as course time. Gate will be attended from 7:30 to 8:30 with first car off by 10. Food and drink is byob, no alchohol of course. You should be able to wear out a few sets of tires easily. My goal will be tire and aero testing. There should be adequate opportunity to work on many skills and car set ups. If there is interest we could work on specific types of course elements as well. We will try to run until 4 or 5 unless people are wiped out sooner. We need a list by April this Friday so don't waste time.
The last time we did this I think I got about thirty runs on a 50 sec course.

Members have priority for this event. If 10 members don't register right away, others can be accepted.

Members are those who have competed in 4 FAST events in the past 12 months.

Bummer that this is a bad weekend. I'll definitely look for the next opportunity.

If there is room after the members sign up, I would be interested.

At this point, we have to get the site entry list to the airport on FRIDAY.

So, anyone who's INTERESTED and thinks they might want to do this should post here or let Howard know immediately so that we can put your name on the list.

Howard can prioritize that list and figure out who made the cut and who didn't next week, but we can't ADD names to the list after about noon on Friday.

I can bring the trailer up Friday night if you want. I am planning on picking it up Friday, after work, anyways. It is just going to sit in my driveway until I go up there on Saturday night.

Insurance is set.
Airport has given us until the 10th to submit the entry list.
It is ok to bring the trailer on Friday.
The motorcycles will be there Saturday.
I can't go...bummer.

Looks like there are 8 signed up. I'm kinda surprised there isn't more interest.

Steve said that the airport has given us until Tuesday to submit our list, so we can take entries for this until Monday if anyone else wants in. If it stays at 8, the entry fee might go up slightly to cover costs, but it won't be by much, since it was based on 10 entries to start with.

I will be there. Might even set up part of Sunday course. Ha just kidding !
