The Flowers' new tow vehicle is back after me doing 2200 miles over the past few days while injured with no relief driver!

The day before I left the B&B I fell about 4' while twisting in the air and pulling muscles all over, landing on one object and picking up some lovely bruises on my front, then bouncing off it onto another object brusing my back, then falling another foot or so to a hard surface. OW!

I'm sporting lovely shades of purple and yellow 6 days later.

Willemina will be back before the next event so the Flowers Towing Company (j/k) stands ready to pull the trailer on September 12 if needed. I know you have Bobby penciled in for that duty at the moment.

Thanks Jeremy, it'll get edited.

Bill, it looks like Bob G. plans to tow the trailer to EVERY event this season, at least that's his plan as of now. So, yes please consider yourself on backup duty!

Bill, now you know how your S2000 feels after hitting a few cones :P . Glad to hear there were no broken bones and you're okay, (you are okay? right?) .

Now I feel sorry for my S2000. I'll have to drive more carefully in the future!

I'm happy to report no broken bones. It was 7 days ago and I'm still a bit stiff and sore, and my leg hurts like heck with my pants rubbing against a bruise as big as a dinner plate. OK, maybe a sandwich plate; something 6" across.

Yesterday was the first time since the accident I wasn't wearing shorts. By the end of the day I couldn't stand it anymore. Today I brought shorts to the office to change into if I have to. If "they" don't like it I really don't care!

Thanks for asking.

You can ink me in for registration, I got the day off (yeaah) :D

I can take care of lunch as well if no one else steps up, (if you want me to place the order and do the pick up/delivery, it will be pizza).

I'm finally registered for my first FAST event...and the first for my Vette. I'm stoked to finally have some fun with her now that I got my steering all buttoned up (it's been loose for months). I'd be more than happy to help with tear down. I'll also bring along the camera and video camera. I'll probably get there plenty of early enough if any help is needed with setup as well. Later, Eric

Merian on supplies, Brian on reg/lunch, and Eric on teardown/photo/setup.

Thanks, all!

I'm trying to come up with something other than pizza for lunch - and if I can get it delivered, we won't need a lunch runner.

We need someone to do tech with Jack, another teardowner, and a volunteer to get marble dust.

Merian, I have no idea what we have in the way of supplies - does anyone recall?

Delivery was the idea; either way I can help out; didn't you get a BBQ place to deliver that way pretty good?

Anyhow, if we're both going to be the lunch "guy", then we can figure something out this Sunday.
