December 2 @ Brooksville

Postby Loren » Mon Nov 05, 2012 11:59 am

Registration is open.

The airport has cut our max entry list number to 70. With 5 guests, that means only 65 drivers can register.

Nobody has signed up to be the event chairman for this one yet. Please spare us the comedy of volunteering someone else unless YOU are volunteering with them. :thumbwink:

Why isn't the course design posted yet?
What's for lunch?
Why can I only bring 5 friends?
Is Jeremy driving his V6 Mustang with the FTD option again?
Why do we have to blow our horn in front of the RV's before 8:30am? :snicker:

FYI, there are now 33 entries. 5 of them are guests.

That's our limit for guests. So, no further guest entries.

Chris Meier has volunteered to chair this event for us. He may still be seeking an assistant. Would be a good time for a newb event chair to pick up some of Chris' vast experience.

Oh, and there are only 12 driver slots left!

No assistant is needed. Everything is already done.

Setup-Drew
Supplies-Brian K
Towing-Jim Swayne
Food-Doug Adams
Timing Guru-Ron Rice
Registration-John Evans
Safety guy-Loren Williams
Course-Me
Novice Co-ordinator-me

Wait a second...I do need one awesome person to volunteer to take the trash at the end of the day. Any volunteer would be greatly appreciated.

Even though everything is under control and I do not need a co-chair. I would be more than happy to assist anyone that wants to know the keys to effective chairing. Just shoot me a pm and I'll make sure to go over everything with you the day of the event.

Supply list from today's event. Two cases of water and 2 packs of regular soda (Dr. Pepper and Pepsi or Mountain Dew I think).

Brian please grab 6 cases (32packs of 16.9oz) of water and an assortment of regular and diet coke products please.

Make that 11 spots left. I didn't realize I had not signed up yet. Done and done.
